Strategist, thought partner, designer, & doer.Allison is a social impact leader with experience shaping major economic mobility initiatives at the highest levels of state government and national nonprofits.As senior director at America Achieves, she led the Good Jobs Economy initiative, supporting regional place-based partnerships to design and implement inclusive economic growth strategies.Her executive experience includes serving as policy advisor to Governors Tom Wolf (PA) and Mark Dayton (MN), where she guided strategic priorities across education, workforce, and economic development. As executive director of the PA Workforce Development Board, she led a 50-member coalition of business, labor, education, and government leaders to transform the commonwealth's workforce strategy. She served on the PA State System of Higher Education Board of Governors, where she helped freeze tuition, increase enrollment, and navigate university integrations to enhance student success.Through Common Good Strategies, Allison combines deep policy expertise with practical implementation experience to help organizations design and scale high-impact initiatives.
